The BEST Potatoes ever!

So here is what you need:

A couple 4 to 5 good potatoes
a pinch of Salt
2 table spoons Butter
a pinch of Pepper
a pinch of Garlic powder
2 table spoons bacon, or bacon bits
1 table spoon chives (fresh or dried)
1/4 cup shredded cheddar
1/4 cup sour cream

Preheat oven to 400. Scrub potatoes, pat dry and poke holes in with a fork all around potatoes, wrap in aluminum foil, bake about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Potatoes are done when they can be poked with a fork and are soft in the middle.
Unwrap potatoes, place in a large bowl or glassware dish, and gently cut into about 1/2 to 1 inch pieces, add butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, bacon, chives, cheese, and sour cream. Stir together until everything is mixed together well and potatoes are still in pieces.

You can also mashed the potatoes until they are lumpy and more like the size of peas.

Reason for Blogging

So I have been thinking for a while on blogging.....why might you ask? Well I will tell you, I love to bake, cook, craft, sew, and pretty much anything that one might would consider a "domestic" trait.....and I figure I can blog and give out hints to recipes, recipes, and maybe even advice on suppers, party ideas, or even crafts!
